This form can only be used by admission applicants, transfer applicants should contact the housing development directly.

Only address and telephone number changes can be submitted with this form. Changes to other information, such as family composition, must be submitted to the housing development in writing.

The housing development has the right to accept or reject the submitted change. You should receive an email notifying you of their decision within two weeks. If you do not receive an email or if your online update is rejected, you must contact them directly.
